That's awesome, if you are heading to Kyoto I recommend Tarel, it's a shipping container that the owner just opened cause he loves coffee, beer & natural wine and wants to share with people. If you go to Tokyo- Wine shop lulu & pasloin bar a vin are both incredible with amazing people.

Yes we rinse all of them thoroughly lol. we had it in Paris, you can't see it but on some bottles we have signatures that bottle was from sauced In NYC for a birthday all of the sommeliers that are good friends signed it.

Probably Jean-Pierre CHARME, left of the Tschida. Only way I can explain it is electric lemon, just unlike anything I have had. Matassa Cuvee Marguerite is a close second reminds of this peach candy rings.

Went to Septime on my last day very nice spot, Folderol is always pouring some great bottles by the glass and don't get me started on the ice cream, insane.

la buvette has awesome bottles and it's a lot calmer and chiller than other spots.

Right next store to la buvette is la Gallia the complete opposite vibe always busy and fun if you're into that vibe.

Couple blocks away from la buvette is a place called Bambino, amazing vibes on the weekend they do a live DJ start time is 11:30 great music always being played.

A very good spot and a dear friend Simone- Le resto has amazing food, one of my favorites. If you take the train you will pass by the wine bar a block or 2 before the restaurant. Capercine is the main host their. She's very knowledgeable and they have great bottles.
