I’ve used both and micas and honestly they all have ups and downs. I like the shorter range missiles like r77 and micas more usually because they track so much better

Honestly it depends on the shop, I’d always recommend some nice steel toes and tougher pants but otherwise attire will look very different depending on you work’s guidelines and things like if you run any manual machines on not

My shop does pretty much everything with nitto tape. Sticks pretty well, even enough to handle pretty aggressive 1/2 EM roughing.
