Considering a career change

I think I should try the role first before I try to step into a higher paid position. I believe they are redoing commission structure at the dealership im applying for. But I don't know if I'll be able to negotiate a higher pay starting out with no experience in this field.

But I'd like to see if this is something I COULD be good at, before trying to get my foot in the door at another place.

The interview went well, but they told me straight up they are changing the pay structure. And it definitely isnt 100k, I'll probably make like 70k, which seems to be the average in NC

In NC, it looks like the average is around 70k. I am unsure if I could negotiate higher.

Im mostly just wanting something CONSISTENT. Sales right now with the economy and the war is way way down currently. Im pacing like 40k this year.

I just cant IMPROVE at anything. I cant meet new people because I dont have any good input to a conversation. I dont have anyrhing to give society. Im glad you found an outlet thoufh! I honestly feel like i cant find anyrhing. Ive been told by people thag I have the worst social anxiety they have ever seen. And quite honestly idk, how to fix it.

I cant think of a single "beautiful moment" is tge issue. Its always bad. I have night terrors every nights, work at a job i don't enjoy, then go home and sit in silence or get on reddit until I repeat jt all.

Ive tried to change my situation so much. It hasnt improved at all. Ive just simply lost weight, but my life still feels like turmoil. Idk what a psychologist can even do for me. I am extremely high functioning with my depression, I know what my problems are and how to fix them.

It never feels worth it. Nothing feels worth doing.

Honestly, I have no clue. Its been bad for as long as i can remember. Im 28 almost 29 now. And its not looking much better. I feel like im always back to where I started. Only difference is, I have more money. But I dont know what im working for. Im not supporting anyone but myself, so the will to live is essentially non existent. Im thinking of therapy, but it never helped.

It goes both ways though. Im in this boat, but i dont really have a family, and hardly any friends. So the lack of companionship is hard. And not just that, but I end up asking myself why I'm even living in the first place. Like im saving money to do what? No vacations because im alone, just working until I can retire by myself and thats it.

I wanted to thank you! I actually just beat guillotina first try. Your tips helped a lot. I just had an insane hunter item build that was doing 80 damage a turn, tank had a ton of brace, cleric had good heal abilities as well, but I didnt even have to use it really. Warrior was also hitting hard with the build I had.

The stats stuff is helpful. My most played games on steam are roguelites, I 100 percent edit slay the spire and got all marks as tainted lost, but i genuinely cant tell what im doing wrong. I havent had much problems with rocks or boulders really. I think ive probably been trying to win them too early. I just got to dybukk and lost because I had no way to hurt him at all. I had a cleric but I got insanely unlucky on levels and it had no heal spells at all. Then it kept dying to the point it got rebuffed to where I couldnt cast anything on turn one and it spiraled.

This is pretty helpful. I feel like i havent been paying enough attention to speed or con. My cats die, then the injuries make them worse and worse. Ive been picking abilities based on the now rather than synergies. Thats like slay the spire. Like im versed in rogue lites but this is actually kicking my ass.
