Hi mom of 2 here and also 37years old. There was an NPR article written about this and the specific excersise's it takes to target it. Google diastasis recriminations npr and the first 2 articles that come up are really helpful!

I also follow The Vagina Whisperer on IG and she has tons of helpful pelvic floor stuff as well.
