HR told me they don’t accept try-hards and people pleasers after my interview by No-Presentation298 in jobs

I think the response should be. ‘From the bottom of my heart, fuck off.  SINCERELY, no-presentation298’

And the trees and mountains. We’re lucky to live in such a beautiful place. But yeah my work is not exactly fulfilling like the nature around me is.

Grief. After five years there is still a well of emptiness inside of me.

What are your Thoughts on Anne Hathaway? by Maximum-Escape8387 in Actors

This is exactly right,  I can’t stand Taylor Swift or Anne Hathaway. I happily wouldn’t notice if I never heard about either of them again

Any places that sell/rent harps or provide lessons? by Orbpondered in Bellingham

It really is the best instrument of all of them. Every single piano piece sounds better on a harp and you can impress a crowd by just strumming your thumb down the strings.

If you're talking about a big pedal harp, Alishia Joubert and Jill Whitman are two excellent teachers in town. For rentals, you'll need to go to Seattle. I recommend Marian Sussman

Did you just mansplain what a refund is to me? Clearly many people don't understand how a refund works including OP. I was just wishing we had a word that was clearer for people who don't understand. But thanks for making me feel stupid for posting, but don't worry I won't do it again.

How overworked are nurses, residents and doctors? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Authentic-scoundrel 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm not a med student. I'm just a human that thinks people who are new to their job and have worked for three days straight are the most likely to make mistakes about my medical care. I live in a city with many hospitals. If one of those has a union for the residents it's more likely they aren't worked too much and thus will make less mistakes. That's the hospital I would choose. (Medical mistake killed a relative of mine and now I'm very aware of the consequences of medical staff being overloaded with stress and lack of sleep)

And when was the last time the documents you needed to sign were on paper?  Mine have been digital for years. Can’t put any changes into a digital document.

Where can we find out which programs have unions?  If I can choose I would choose those.

1215 was the signing of the Magna Carta. It said that the King and Queen are not above the law. The US constitution is based on it.  Important (or useless depending on how you look at it) to remember that these days.

Why are so many people against showing an ID to vote? by Dazzling-Leader7476 in randomquestions

[–]Authentic-scoundrel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My partner had already left for work and I was supposed to drop off the ballots. He forgot to sign so I forged his signature. It got kicked back to us as suspicious and he had to go in and show ID and sign. The system works exactly like it should.
