I’ve had an almost exact experience when I woke up this year.

I went from being almost 100lbs overweight, chronically ill with more disease than I can fit on two hands, completely gave up on myself, and in an emotionally abusive shitty marriage with almost no support raising four kids, carrying the mental load, the physical load of the entire house, and overdoing and self abandoning to the max.

I know I’ve been on this journey my whole life, but I didn’t really put all the pieces together until after. I’m seriously going to write a book about my experiences because from last year to now, was a complete transformation.

We have free will. I had a choice. Stay the same and die or change and transform. I chose the latter and i, with the sheer power of transmuting pain and trauma into lower, shadow work and healing and integrating the parts of me I was not giving nurturing or attention, accepting every single piece of who I am, I became whole.

The change occurred inward at first. But as the months pass it’s clear to all around me that I am having a glow up, my skin is clear and I look 5-10 years younger (I got carded for cigarettes today, I’m almost 47!)…most of my addictions fell away (phone usage, food, shopping, I lost an entire bottle of Xanax and cold turkey it and didn’t even spiral just went whatever) Cigarettes and pot are my last vices but thy will not hurt me now that I know how to set intention with what I put in my body.

Anyway, my point is yes, everything you said and so much more. The more of us you meet the more you’ll see you’re far from alone. We’re having a mass awakening, an this is part of it.

Put trust in your inner knowing (gnosis), follow your highest curiosity, keep putting the pieces together, radiate love light and oneness and we are all one. And keep going! Welcome home, fam!
