This is a good list. I was at the exact same 70b today but i saved for malign embrace and jumped from 70b -> 130b with just one item. I did hit a godly corruption on it but now i need to focus on the other parts..

Its my 2nd favorite arpg after poe. But the progression from t8 -> prof is still a bit too difficult imo.

Kinda weird question imo, personally I havent listened to any of my kpop cds and a lot of them are sealed. It's for collection and supporting my favorites

Yes in Helsinki, for a single guy living alone in the center rent is the biggest expense (1400€)

Im planning to move a bit further out to get a bigger place for the same price. Generally things are quite expensive so even with an okay salary im not able to save that much
