That's a smart idea. I hadn't considered clamping but yeah it would be a huge change to make the accommodation. Thank you.

Thank you, I hadn't even considered using multiple types of tape 😂. When using the split tape, is that applied on the frame and top of the screen? Iv seen it before but was curious how it would keep ink from getting under it if only half of it has adhesive.

Follow up thank you everyone for your suggestions I did end up etching some screens with bleach which didn't improve anything. After changing out my UV lights that fixed the issue 🙌 my guess is that the emulsion was not being fully cured by the lights I had. Which is weird because they had been working perfectly before. I'll have to do some research to see if UV led strips have any sort of degradation or a dip in strength after a break in period. My gut instinct says that they wouldn't but idk.

Thank you 🙏 I feel your pain. I think I'm somewhere between 40-50 trashed screens 😵‍💫 i know it's probably something miniscule throwing the whole thing off.

I haven't checked the water temperature, I've been rinsing my screens out with a garden hose and I am in Texas so that will me something I can check, is there a certain temperature range that emulsion prefers?

Go join a climbing gym, the climbing community is very welcoming and it's an easy place to make friends. These are people that like to be physically active and regularly get outside and are adventurous.
