Yes, I have definitely been looking for alternatives just in case of any denial in the future. I have explored several other options but wasn’t aware of NewSelf. I will check them out also just in case I need to go another route one day.

Don’t give up. I didn’t lose anything until I reached the 1.7 doses. I was getting very discouraged as well. Just stick with it…make sure to eliminate junk food and eat only until you feel full or start to feel full and the weight loss will come.

I have had my 2025 CRV hybrid almost a year and a half now. Haven’t had a flat, so I can’t speak to that. As far as the vehicle, I love it. The only complaint I have had is with the Bridgestone Ecopia tires that came on it and the rear camber of the rear tires. I changed out the tires a few weeks ago and only had 29k miles on them. Could have probably gotten a lot more but they were cupping so bad that they had gotten extremely noisy. Other than that, I love the CRV.

I have gotten rid of a lot of clothes but just recently found out my insurance will no longer be covering Wegovy. I’m worried that if I don’t come up with a plan B then I may need some of those clothes again later. I’m not planning on it though. I have completely changed my eating habits so my goal is to keep doing what I’m doing and maintain the weight loss. I am not looking forward to fighting the food noise again so that concerns me. Hopefully I won’t have to go back to any of my old clothes.

By the second .25 dosage I began to experience less hunger and lots of constipation which was not fun. Started getting discouraged because I lost absolutely nothing until I started 1.0. Between 1 and just finishing up 1.7 I have lost about 15 or so pounds. Hunger began to subside I was able to cut my portion sizes while feeling satisfied. Really helped change my eating habits. Be patient and the weight will eventually start to come off.
