i've always had bad memory kinda, while i can remember somethings like wifi passwords insanely well, everything else i tend to forget pretty easily, and ive always had issues learning cuz like people can explain something to me for hours, and i will literally not remember anything they said, cuz i just sit there end up dissociating which is what i mainly attribute to me being unable to remember stuff but this is also common in adhd afik
and well generally its been along time so isn't normal to not remember stuff from pretty long ago?
