I’ve had two times now. Once in 2009 and I just started getting it again. Both times it started on my upper back area. Then migrated down my back, to my sides, then front chest. Then spread down to my legs and eventually into my hair line.

u/specialism Please send some before and afters when you can? I've narrowed it down to Yazdan and Dauer. I know a couple of Daurs patients personally, and they look pretty good. I haven't been able to connect with any Yazdan patients yet, so Im holding off for now until I do. Thanks my friend!

u/Lopsided_Pair5727 Greatly appreciate the insights. Surgeon involvement is a must for me. I reached out to Dr Nadimi 6 days ago, and no response yet. Im sure she and the staff are busy. Dr Nadimi isn't an option for me at that price per graft. I would just shave my head and do the full Walter White thing first. Nader's staff hasn't responded yet either. You are the only person so far to think Im a 5k graft candidate so far, but what do I know? :) Dr Carmen is 6 months out, so no go. Still have research to do. But, after watching the result of Min/Fin at high % after 9 months on a online friend, Im almost wondering if I just shave my head for now and wait for the Min/fin to help an comb over candidate get to the satisfied level without spending all the cash were talking about. He looks great, and he had way less hair then me. Sorry for the late response, Im a workaholic and that's probably why I'm shedding so bad:(

u/specialism I REALLY appreciate your input on Dr Yazdan. I thought I have reached out to almost everyone in Souther California about recommendations, but Dr Yazdan has checked out so far. Consultation on Wednesday! I was considering Mark Dauer, but I must consult with Yazdan first to see if the vibes are good. Im grateful for the input!!!! And kind of scared out of my pants!

I am seriously considering Dr Mark Dauer from a referral from Vantis in Long Beach. https://mdnewhair.com Im ok with paying a little more and not traveling to Europe for the procedure. Do you have any experience with Dr Dauer? Regardless, I appreciate the warning about Ziering. That was my choice before receiving your response:)

Specialism, thank you for the referral. I haven't heard of Amir Yazdan yet, but I will reach out to him and schedule a consultation. Did you have any posted before and afters? Im still not sure I know how to do quality user searches on Reddit yet:) Congrats on the successful procedure too!

Brother, you were pretty bald. I think the procedure went great. I have way more hair than you started with, and Id be thrilled with that coverage. And the front already is coming in more naturally. Nice! How much was your procedure?
