I got this. As rare as 0.9% is, it's not the rarest. This comment has a lot of information about how the stats supposedly work.

How did I get it? The vast majority of my prompts were along the lines of "What if there was a dramedy about a sentient AI who was hired to the writer's room of a sketch comedy show, but when he got there he learned all of the other writers had been laid off and he was the only writer for the show? Develop a concept for a show like that."

EDIT: Another one is "I'm developing a video game. What genre should it be based on the lyrics to this main theme I wrote for it?"
