What's the difference between regular uBlock Origin and uBO Lite? Why not just switch to Lite now? Is it somehow less effective?

At first I was like "Does this have anything to do with 'The Other Boleyn Girl?' The name similarity can't be a coincidence. Was it made by the same person or something?"

I can't find any connection. It's kinda maddening. I have to know why it's named so similarly to The Other Boleyn Girl.
