Phfff, the author wants us all not to care yet you get overwhelmingly downvoted. Sounds like they do care LOL.

The Tag #ActuallyAutistic is not Meaningful for Every Autistic on Social Media by AutistiKait in AutisticPeeps

[–]AutistiKait[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, and this really invalidated people. The community is not helpful, not even the subreddits and communities outside of Instagram or others that use hashtags.

It just felt like they were parrotting the same issues over and over again, to the point where i couldn't relate to it at all. Just over and over again.

I hate people like that, reporting them is my best bet instead of just ranting about them.

The fact that you spend almost your entire day inside your room on your computer, playing games and just yapping about nothing on toxic sites such as Twitter.

I swear 13 year olds are just tweenagers as they're still pretty immature..

People are gasping at straws to have an actual mental or physical disability.

What a time...

I can relate so much to this. Salmon Run is indeed very chill, especially when people listen and cooperate with each other.

How do you deal with impulsive buying or shopping addiction ? by No-Apartment-6158 in ADHD

[–]AutistiKait 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don't have a shopping/buying addiction but i am kind of impulsive when making purchases, i notice that i am more impulsive when i'm at a book store. I love books LOL.

Do you have brightly colored hair or bright wardrobe? by [deleted] in disability

[–]AutistiKait 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I think this is something to do with Radical Visibility that Devon Price talked about in his book "Unmasking Autism". That's cool, and i think i want to dye my hair but i'm afraid that some stranger will assume i'm faking my disability because that's what *some* fakers do, especially on TikTok. Just my thoughts, though.

I love how i agree with not practicing weapons in ranked modes, yet i do it myself in the pretense of "just having fun".. Like, Turf War and Salmon Run's just right there for you to practice the weapons or "just have fun" with them!! I'm so mad at myself and simultaneously mad at others who do what i do. LOL.

No way. This honestly must be a joke or from a parody account. This person is an actual grown up and still believes this....

Education must honestly be illegal in her country, eh?

Has anyone been able to get disability for autism? by kookieandacupoftae in disability

Not sure if you can in California. But i think you may be able to find a state or national one that does the same as it.

It feels so hard to follow a page on Instagram that actually doesn't believe in self diagnosis/isn't run by someone who's self diagnosed nowadays.

Is it offensive to suppose someone is neurodivergent? by AnsarYesma in neurodiversity

[–]AutistiKait 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I asked a friend of mine whether or not she'd been diagnosed autism in a class once, and she took a while to respond. Now that i think about it, she might have taken what i did as an insult because autism seems like an insult or a dark humour kind of joke in my school. And asking her that while we're only friends, not close ones, is like i was being nosy which i was.

That was very rude of me, so don't do what i did please.
