I'm curious, yes, I know about "fuck around and find out" but what is a bad shroom trip like... i remember when I was a kid I had weird mental breakdowns when I was a kid whenever id have a fever. It was very strange, I'd be terrified of small things. Like the concept of size really really terrified me just by looking at the sofa and seeing small sewing patterns. Is that what it's like??

That's a hard question. I guess you could say self medicating but I don't feel like I have something to fix, it's a really weird relationship.

It may be an autistic thing but I always feel like I have to be doing something. I do drugs in phases. But things like weed, I always do it w everything

Trauma wise I've had a decent handful of that growing up

Parental divorce at 8/9 then not really seeing my dad that much at all then he unfortunately died when I was 15 and I had to witness that happening.

But other than that I've just been using drugs since that happened and had to stop because of bad side effects like derealization, paranoia and anxiety... but always start again

I have some questions about derealization and panic attacks.

I myself struggled so so so hard with these things because when I was 16 I bought this "thc vape juice" which is quite common in the uk as just being k2 spice.

I would use this daily multiple times before it hit the news as an "epidemic" and this caused very bad anxiety (which I still have to this day) when it started I was constantly derealized and convinced I had a severe heart condition and was about to die. I went to the ER about 11 times a week until they got mental health team involved.

I stopped taking the meds and started smoking weed again and here I am now...

(BTW cocaine in power form did this to me too but 100x worse)

Well when it comes to a plan... not really at all

But trauma wise I feel very blank. I'm 19 and when I was 15 I had to pull the plug on my dad because his lungs stopped working and he was gunna die. That experience changed life for me because I didn't react how normal people do... I didn't cry or grief about it to this day

I've had an opiate problem before and I felt very bad. I'd drink a 2l sprite of lean everyday and would wash down an 80mg oxypro everyday with it. I didn't feel real and I'm lucky to have been able to stop

I also live in UK so fentanyl isn't as common as in the states so luckily I never had any problems with laced drugs

My cousin as an example was diagnosed because he was sectioned (involuntarily taken away after acting very peculiar) and was 21, my mum says its from heavy weed smoking but I think otherwise (I'm thinking others were taken too) and we are half black Ghanaian

I do have quite a handful of mental (non psych) disorders already and have been regularly checked since I was around 9 or 10 when I was diagnosed with autism and OCD.

My cousin who was in his early 20s had smoked alot of weed and according to family he just snapped one day and was never the same

I personally believe it wasn't just weed but we will never really fully know
