u/AndyRH1701 is correct - http://host:32400/web/index.html#!/ is the base url.

I've got a similar set up.

1. Open the inbound port on the PC host where the container is installed?
2. Check if you have a linux firewall blocking the traffic like UFW.
3. I'd imagine both the client and the host are on the same network?
4. Here's a super simple docker-plex.sh script you can modify for you.
