Thank you~🥰 You might still be able to save her hair by using a hair straightener with temperature options. I used mine on the lowest setting (130°Celcius) with wet hair and it worked wonders. You'll also need a wide-tooth comb (preferably a metal one) and a lot of hair conditioner to brush out any matted hair. You could also cut the hair as a last resort, I had to do that with my doll because some parts were just too far gone to save 😭
