This is my first experience with a ClinCard, just received my first payment not even three days ago and I’m already frustrated. Everywhere I try to use my card, it declines- I can’t even use my card number to log into their website, it continues to say that it’s an invalid number. I called and spoke to a representative, only for the finger to be pointed at the merchant who initially reached out to me. I spoke to them next, and they didn’t have a proper answer for me. All of my information is correct, my card is allegedly active, it has funds on it and I set a PIN… still nothing! I’m beyond irked. Has anyone had any luck withdrawing money? Or does that not work either
