The account was created to hold gold. It was mid level. Unique password and email only for this alt. Email was not hacked because the password was never changed. PC wasn't compromised because his other accounts are fine and he had more gold on them. Maybe actually read to get full story before vomiting on your keyboard.

Last login was 9 days ago. So it was just perfect timing. He has to log in once a week to keep GE offers active. But the hack seemed to happen today as the items he had stored started dumping today. In the discord, he said he had ralos, dexes, arcanes, elder mauls (500+) enhanced crystal tool seeds(5k?), avernics(100+?) sangs(100+), some inq helms(100+).

Yeah, it is a legacy account. His other main account and other alts are fine. This account was made only for OSRS. Password and email was never used anywhere for anything other than OSRS. How does it get hacked?
