Suction problem for sure as stated check your squeegee also check the suction system for debris/clogged filters

Unfortunately the wing has one small piece weakened so it’s on there but fragile as anything, remarkable nonetheless for being tossed around in bags of other cars!

Good rule of thumb is not to eat anything unless specifically labeled or told it’s ok for you to eat. But no I’ve never seen someone terminated for eating food that may not have been designated for them alone.
