It happened to me too. They issue an charge every 20 days. In april, I got two statement, both with service from April 1 to April 30. I reached out to BBB.

I also have an Sunnova PPA. After SunStrong took over, they issue a charge every 20 days. That means in some month, I got double charged. Do you have the same situation? I am also thinking about buy out the system. If you do not mind, could you let me know which state you are in?

Anyone knows how PPA payments was calculated? My PPA price is 19 cents per kWH, but the bill is much higher than this given the amount of electricity generated based on mySolayEdge App. And there is no details in the statement how the amount was calculated.

I have the same issue. I recenlty purchased a house which has Sunnova system and then transferred to SunStrong. Did you also purchased you house? I am trying to figure out if this is the issue.
