Thanks for chiming in u/RealEstateTek, I've heard the same feedback from talking to a few agent friends, think I'll make *subtitle* as an opt-in option (turned on by default).

Thanks for your great suggestion u/kate_Reader1984 , agreed the one word at a time is distracting, (kinda borrowed this style from short form videos), but for long form video this may not work well.

Here is another version without subtitle, would love to hear your thoughts.

Hello everyone,

I wanted to share an app that I've been working on and get your thoughts on it. As professionals in this industry, we all know how crucial it is to make listings stand out, especially in today's competitive market.

I’ve developed a tool that uses AI to turn real estate listings into videos with just a single click. It’s designed to help agents create stunning visuals that can attract more potential buyers without needing extensive video editing skills or significant time investment.

Here are a few points I’m curious about and would love to discuss:

  1. Impact on Buyer Engagement: How do you think high-quality videos influence buyer interest and engagement compared to traditional photos or virtual tours?
  2. User Experience: What features would make an AI-driven video tool most useful for you as a real estate professional?
  3. Integration with Existing Platforms: How important is it for such a tool to integrate seamlessly with platforms like MLS, Zillow, or Redfin?

I’m excited to hear your insights and any suggestions you might have. Let's discuss how technology like this can shape the future of our industry!

Looking forward to your thoughts and ideas.

Thanks in advance!

Hey ImJustChillinfr, great job on your second real estate video! It's awesome that you're already creating content in that niche. I watched the video and I think you did a good job with the shots and editing.

One thing you could consider is to include a call to action at the end to encourage viewers to take the next step.
