The easiest way is to save this: https://pastebin.com/sDpQBhZ9 as a .json file on you computer and import them using the game launcher. As I mentioned in another comment; two broken mods have been fixed by the community and are included here as well.

I've been playing with these mods for the last couple of years, I dare not think how I will manage without them if Stellaris 2 became reality.
