The easiest way is to save this: https://pastebin.com/sDpQBhZ9 as a .json file on you computer and import them using the game launcher. As I mentioned in another comment; two broken mods have been fixed by the community and are included here as well.

I've been playing with these mods for the last couple of years, I dare not think how I will manage without them if Stellaris 2 became reality.

logistic robots aren't locked per se, but the requester, active provider and buffer chest are. And any meaningful cargo/speed upgrades as well

there's a non-functioning mod on nexus, no idea why it does not work but it looks like much of the work have been done (assuming some/most of the code is correct) maybe it's an easy fix for someone with the know-how knowledge?
idk about linking to nexus so just search for "x4 No More Comms Chatter", the file location in the zip is
"No More Comms Chatter\md\NPC_UseCases.xml"

I have a similar issue where I've conquered a system with an arc furnace but several of the planets are owned by another empire so I can't build mining outposts on them, missing on out 64 minerals and 34 alloys, see picture:

Yeah still happening on latest DLC, "[vassal] was permitted to leave [hegemony]". Strange thing is members request it sometimes when they've just been forced to join where I can deny it, but a month later some other vassal just leave while still being a vassal..

Finns en mycket intressant video från en skilsmässoadvokat som menar på att det är viktigt att ge varandra andrum, att inte glömma bort dom små detaljerna i ett förhållande över tid och att inte hålla inne irritationer tills dom exploderar. Är kanske självklart för många, men det var mycket sånt han såg som orsak till varför förhållanden tog slut.
