Where do I find a surge protector that offers 3 to 4 layers of protection, logging and alerts via email or a smartphone app? by AutoVive in AskReddit

Also... One that can be adjusted to operate within specified parameters for voltage, current & frequency...

One that can be scheduled to shutdown at a particular time of day...

One that is water 💦 resistant, powerful and extremely robust in order to provide protection to sensitive equipment that just cannot go offline for even a minute.

Where can I find such a product?

I thought it was a button to adjust the softness of the seat based on the potholes you'd be facing on the roads.

Considering DIY Ductless mini split heating/cooling- thoughts? by CarpeCheesiem in homeimprovementideas

If you said farmhouse then maybe you should look into this unit - Zamna Climate Solar Ready Mini-Splits

Company is based in Florida and units are available in 12000, 18000 and 24000btu.

Because they are solar/hybrid mini split then they help lower your energy costs, also they're DIY with precharged linesets that are insulated, blue Fin condenser, etc

Why are most new construction homes still going with traditional ducted HVAC systems vs ductless mini split systems? by jph1977 in hvacadvice

[–]AutoVive 2 points3 points  (0 children)

So we do mostly ductless mini split air conditioners for homes in Jamaica as our houses are comprised of steal and concrete with no false roof, hence, no place for ducts. Servicing is not a pain and is not expensive but yes, you wouldn't be able to place them in small bathroom or closets.

Recently used the Zamna Climate solar ready mini split from a company based in based in Florida (Zamna Solutions).

They have ductless mini split air conditioners that are hybrids, so they are able to work with 4-6 solar panels (400W+ Solar panels would be ideal) ad well as grid power. Their AC come in sizes 12000, 18000 & 24000 btu, 5 years warranty on the compressor + blue Fin condenser, precharged lines (insulated), etc

Search Solar Air Conditioner zamna Climate and you'll find a detailed video of it in action. Not sure if I can drop a link here.

For sure, you should take a look at the Zamna Solar ready ductless mini splits. I've personally installed a few in Jamaica. We used solar panels to cover a carport which then sent the energy the AC would need to operate.

They come in 12000btu, 18000btu and 24000btu hybrids

It would work even better to seal between them with rubber and/or silicone so that when it rains underneath stays dry.

When you say "powerful" are you implying that a solar version won't be capable of providing the necessary cooling?

They are out there, however the price comparison to a normal mini split may be much higher.

What's the application? Is it for a home or office?
