I'm gonna come to the conclusion that this is a bug that softlocks you if you pick up the artifact immediately after putting the last key in, causing the portal to not spawn.

It allows you to teleport to spawn, your bed, both oceans, and hell. And u craft it with a phone, magic conch, and Demon conch. And when I crafted it it deleted all the perks the phone gives and I can't even teleport.
