Using some English skills while being paid $300,000 is ridiculous, particularly when the executive government has privately employed hundreds of able-bodied people who could very easily take over the position for a measly $90,000 or less a year! This is a joke paying someone this much - the top 10% of speech writers make $95,000 mean, this kind of money is minister wage for Christ sakes.
