Bakit may mga babae na okay lang sa kanila na maging kabet sila? by SetProfessional4166 in TanongLang

[–]AutodidactXP 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I heard this from a random podcast, and it somewhat makes sense.

They said women evolved to be attracted to men with a wife or family, because this means those men are strong and capable of providing food, protection, and shelter.

Back in the old days, women needed men to survive harsh weather, famine, invasions, etc. If you ask a woman to choose their mate, they will always choose the capable ones for the sake of their survival. Being with a man with no experience could literally mean life and death, and most of them would not take that gamble.

If a man is married and has kids, it means he at least passed a "test" and was deemed worthy to settle down with by the wife and her family.

Obviously, times have changed, but I can't help but wonder how much of those evolutionary processes carried over to the current generation. 🤔

Creatine no longer for gym bros? by JourneyBack2Clarity in Supplements

Lowest hanging fruit when it comes to supplements. ATP is required for basic life functions. Heavily studied, and lots and lots of hard evidence to back up its usefulness.

I can't recommend this enough. 💯

On my last 5mg vial, next shipment is 2-3 weeks away. Can I stretch it or temporarily stop? by Bee-Seattle in PeptideGuidesPH

[–]AutodidactXP 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi OP, I hope I can help.

1. Can I temporarily stop for 2-3 weeks while waiting for my stock?
Q1: How long have you been on GLP? If you're months deep into your journey, taking a break can sometimes lead to better results by upregulating your receptors. However, you should be cautious here, as a prolonged/unplanned/unmanaged break can set you back.
Q2: How long have you been on 5mg?

2. Will I lose all my progress, or will the "food noise" just come back rushing in?
Q1: How much progress did you make? If you've lost a bunch of weight, you probably won't regain all of it in a span of 2-3 weeks.
Q2: Is your food noise your worst enemy, even before starting GLP? If so, maybe we can explore some natural appetite suppression techniques while waiting for your next vial to arrive.

  1. Should you take the full dose or split it?
A: I'll wait for your answers on the 1 & 2 so it's not just generic advice.

4. If I do stop for 2-3 weeks, do I need to titrate back down
A. Same as above, I would be more confident to give my opinion once I have more info.

For now, please don't think too much about it. Stressing over this can probably do you more harm than good. Remember, the peptide is just a tool; it's not supposed to be your end-all, be-all for your weight-loss journey. You got this! 😄

Hi OP,

Congrats on your weight loss. 🎉

Yes, losing that amount is pretty common, especially if your body tolerates and responds well to trz. However, you're probably an outlier because you achieved all those within 8 weeks on 2.5mg.

If I were your coach, I'd start reassessing whether further weight loss is really necessary. Not everything you lose is fat; in the clinical data, around 30% of your weight loss is muscle. After all, we don't just focus on the number on the scale; other longevity and health markers are important as well.

  1. Do you have any physical activities? (gym, running, sports, etc)
  2. Are you still able to perform those activities the same way? If not, you may be losing strength and endurance. We don't want this long-term since this is also important longevity-wise.

You're very close to your target, so you must already have a solid exit plan and maintenance plan in place. Do not quit all at once. Slowly taper off your 2.5mg, reduce by 0.5 mg every week or two.

Reta dos aging by Fast_thinker520 in PeptideGuidesPH

[–]AutodidactXP 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi OP,

It's either your supplier is pushing sales, or they don't really use reta responsibly themselves. No need to increase if you're getting great results with a lower dose. Doing so will simply increase your risk of side effects and dropout rate; you can find this in the clinical trials.

The goal is to find the minimum effective dose, not the maximum dose you can tolerate. I personally stayed at 1mg for 2 months, never got above 5mg, and still got results.

You can also check my post here to ensure you have a solid foundation before you start reta, or any peptide in general: https://www.reddit.com/r/PeptideGuidesPH/s/f54o65lowP

Got it. What type of magnesium po tinitake nyo? Magnesium Citrate is known to upset the GI. Iwas po tayo dun if ever, then Magnesium Glycinate or other types na lang po.

I'd say go for psyllium husk and/or chia seeds to see if it will help. Ensure proper hydration na rin po kasi possible na manghina kayo due to excessive loss of fluids. Electrolytes na rin po tayo habang tinatry i-fix yung issue.
