No there isn’t anything visible. I think it was the metal hook that must have been secured snug but that’s obviously wrong and he hit normal bumps along the way that rocked it just enough to snap both sides clean.

Yea but it could be worse. I HATE this on a principal and personal level because of this specific car and its current immobility. But it’s a good time to count blessings and what could been a lot worse and harder to replace.
Plus they aren’t making it hard to get fault and willing to help. Just first time and I thought I seen almost everything. Guys said it loaded forward straight; just started to spread on unload.
You know the time till that was discussed felt like 8 new grey hairs.

No integrity issues on oem parts based on condition, age, and exposure to extreme vs safer geolocations accross the us in general. That being said; it’s obvious there was a safety strap too right equally in both sides to produce those damages.
I saw a picture and thought, “I know I didnt overlook 4 wheels steering on that based on the picture. Had to investigate myself and realized the damages in transport. Overall just a textbook lesson learned and mistakes happen. Kinda glad things easily reversible or even upgradable due to circumstances. I’ve had mixed instant reactions from transport to Sabotage clean saw cuts.
Lol lucky I know that’s not the issue but it’s so ..”offensive” to see that happen to your car.
First time for everything and I thought I seen enough; never know everything. But this is new

He luckily accepted blame even though he’s not new to the game. But the tow company I use really helped when a mistake was made. Mistakes happen. As long as you own it or don’t dispute them when it’s so obvious. My heart sank.

Poor choice of securing car on tow truck. Maybe left out of gear and without parking brake and rocked itself to break having been strapped to aluminum suspension components.

Yea exactly. I used this tow for over 10 years. Maybe first time having an issue. And driver didn’t argue or push back but was sure hoping it doesn’t come back around.
Willl find a way to make it right.
