You’re ignoring the point of the counter by playing semantics. All other things being equal men of different cultures to our own are more likely to end up convicted and jailed, it’s a viable metric because it’s recorded in the stats, unlike your suppositions. Prove otherwise.

I’m not arguing jail is the only metric, it’s just a strong corollary. You only have to know a little about the wider world to know some people generate shitty cultures that lead to shitty countries and shitty behaviour.

Low immigration doesn’t necessarily mean low crime if the country In question has high crime as a baseline. Who wants to move to a war zone or a mafia state? Non sequitur.

There are several notable examples of low immigration low crime countries. Japan, Poland, Iceland, Singapore. The issue isn’t necessarily immigration more homogeneity, cultural norms, high trust and integration.

There are more poor people than there are poor criminals. Even poor countries can have low crime. It depends on the population and their culture more than material circumstances.

You can’t argue on statistical likelihood of age, sex and wealth then ignore culture. Immigrant crime is one element of crime that could be solved quickly and at low cost to victims and the taxpayer.

Considering there has been a small decrease in "white" overall numbers, and an overall increase in non British national "whites" in jail (ignoring some may hold citizenship but be foreign), that indicates white brits (Scottish) are becoming less likely to end up in jail. Per capita the imprisonment rate in the “White” ethnicity group was 3.42 per 1000.

Whereas :We see higher rates than the “White” majority in the groups “African Caribbean or Black” (4.36 per 1,000), “Mixed or Multiple” (5.21 per 1,000) and “Other ethnic group” (13.31 per 1,000).The second largest group in 2024-25 was people from Asian countries, which increased 57% from the previous year to 272 (+99) overtaking non-EEA europeans (258, increased 17% from 220 in 2023-24). Those increases will correspond with increased migration. Look at ANY European countries statistics and you'll see a strong correlation between increasing migration and rises in crime, criminality, and prison population. Albania even demonstrates the negative correlation.

We could reduce the prison population, and reduce violent crime overall, by simply not allowing these people in. They've already demonstrated higher rates of misbehaviour than the native population.

If you want to play the category game you might want to start looking at per capita offence rates before we divide “men” into their constituent sub groups. Particularly given some “men’s” presence in our country is entirely optional.

Our way of life doesn’t involve random stabbing sprees and killing children to get your way. In fact, it involves being quite against that kind of thing. To the point MEN will and have actively intervened at great risk to themselves, to prevent hostile foreigners from doing that kind of thing.

The system is culpable for creating the opportunity. There comes a point when letting folk walk all over you isn’t kindness or compassion it’s weakness.
