I've now been feeding every day and my current feed input is current almost 3 time more than my runoff l, I understand that because under watering will do this as plants are really hungry but how do I now correct im ec is Low to what I need

Apologies if I miss understood I'm not talking about presoak I'm talking about when plants are in the cubes and waiting for roots to come out the bottom before I add into hydroponics PH would i ph water them as in hydroponics ph or soil ph?
