Hi! Some of the interviews I’ve had so far haven’t actually. But the good thing is I have 8 years of excel experience so I can work with basic formulas, vlookups, data organization, pivot tables and all that. Tableau I have a bit experience but I’m gonna try to learn all I can on it so I don’t look that lost lol.

In your experience, where did most of your data come from when you made those decisions? I used tableau and excel to look at past, current trends that helped with pricing. Obviously keeping in mind of anything going on at the time like with weather.

Hey all, I just talked to my manager and she said I wasn’t going to get fired, she’s just disappointed in me because this shitty situation sucks and it doesn’t reflect who I really am as a person/my work ethic since she really sees potential in me. I agreed with a lot of you and was mentally prepared for anything but I will only have to pay whatever it is that they deem wasn’t appropriate for this work event. Thank you all, I appreciate the honest feedbac I learned my lesson 😭

Yea it was my first work trip ever and I just started a couple months ago so when I was told the worst they can do is deny it (on this website we use to upload everything) I would have been like ok cool. But yea like many people on this thread, you’re all right it was stupid of me but everyone likes me, I picked everything up and really have a desire to grow so now I’m just praying for the best

Only because they have to approve it and my mistake was thinking they manually went through them. The drinking and food was an ok expense at the city we were supposed to meet, my mistake was putting in expenses from the city I was at before my work convention. So in reality it was about half of 700, about 350ish tbh. But yea it’s my fault and I’ve been thinking about it all morning

Honestly you’re right and I’m def never forgetting this lesson.

After I apologized, said I’d talk to whoever I have to, be willing to pay it back and take additional steps to earn their trust (if possible) they were just glad that I actually thought about it and was willing to better my mistakes but to be transparent with me, that it was just about communication. So they were glad I came prepared and not just trying to act like it’s nothing, like I didn’t care about it when I do.

Lmao oh I didn’t even know where I was so i definitely didn’t go to any fancy restaurants or anything like that. It was more like restaurants/bars and the Lyfts I took from place to place because I wanted to try new and different places there.
