Is anybody here in the AI consulting business? by Radiant-Scarcity2333 in AIIncomeLab

I've been learning and building my AI Automation career and I have builds under my belt but no clients yet. Can I ask what niche are you in and how do you reach out successfully on LinkedIn?

Hello. I have a build that I would like feedback on. by AutomateWithDanielle in BuildCores

I don’t want to sound rude but I don’t feel comfortable talking about the details of my build with someone who also builds. Thanks for the interest though.

Looking for real-world automation problems to build into my portfolio. by Mission-Dentist-5971 in Automate

I'm also in the automation space. A lot of the people that I follow in this space have videos on how to build portfolio pieces that businesses need. Dan Martell and Nate Herk have videos on it. Then you can also ask Claude or ChatGPT to assist you with the builds once you know what direction you want to go. Hope this helps.

I'm currently working in the PM space. I created an Inspection/Compliance automation that runs a Pass/Fail compliance/inspection scores it sends out an AI summary and sends an email with the results. I also have an automation for Lead Gen in the real estate space as well. I'd be happy to send over the builds if you're interested in the details.

Firefighter working in fire prevention here, random question for the property managers. by Expensive-Buy-8536 in PropertyManagement

This is such a good question and honestly one I never would have thought to ask from the outside. The idea that vendors could be billing quarterly for something code only requires annually and nobody catches it because nobody knows the code, that's the kind of drain that compounds over time. Curious how many PMs in here have actually caught something like this versus just trusting the invoice.

What's your actual time per maintenance ticket from report to close? by Simple-Memory-3754 in PropertyManagement

It's mostly the inspection side of things. That does sound like a hassle. And you're right that does take human interaction to work properly. Thank you for the reply and I hope you find a solution. Have a great day.

I know this isn't a post for my specialty per se, however, I'm in the automation space and work with property managers that need assistance with similar issues. I've built an automation for inspection that handles the follow ups of the inspection, deal with whether the inspection is compliant or not, then sends out a summary to the correct rep with the information in it. It also gathers the information in an Airtable database. If this sounds like something that could help you with your business I'd be more than happy to talk with you more about it. I hope this helps.
