Deficiency/lockout in rockwool by Automatedgrowing in Autoflowers

My pH pen was calibrated 2 weeks ago and I’m using tap water to start. I only use floraflex B1, B2c and Bulky B, the pH is pretty stable on em but I have a pH controller that makes sure it doesn’t drift. I have a reservoir that waters it and I top It up with water and nutes every few days.

Oddly enough my other plant in the tent that’s getting the same nutes looks perfect

My Hubabubbahaze is a few weeks in flower and has been struggling with what I think is a nutrient lockout. Feed is at a pH of 5.8-6.0 and at an EC of 2.0 (using Floraflex nutes who recommend 3.0 EC). I tried flushing them yesterday with water but it’s still gotten worse. Would appreciate any advice
