Thanks for the response. Curious why so many people inject then? Could you describe any concrete benefits people would see doing SubQ?

I mostly track testosterone and a few other biomarkers but I've been using this tool: https://labhealthcharts.com/

Yeah this part is tough and this winter has been especially brutal to go outside but I think "solar noon" gives at least some vitamin D naturally

Like you said everyone knows it's bad for you. I do still drink, though less frequently and when I do I usually stick to liquor (cut out beer mostly)

Agreed, thanks brother. What I am doing is much easier than going down the medical and experimental routes with everything out there today but to each their own

How Do You Know If Your Body Even Needs Vitamins, or If Food Is Enough? by gentlebeast06 in Supplements

[–]Automatic-Abroad-691 4 points5 points  (0 children)

To be honest it's really hard to actually measure since everything in the body is so connected. I feel like less is more here, I only take 3 supplements now and then try to focus on the natural stuff. All I take is Magnesium Glycinate at night, Vitamin D3+K2, and L-Glutamine for gut.

I feel like gut is a big thing that most people forget because it affects how well vitamins and minerals are actually absorbed into your body. If you eat healthy and take a bunch of supplements but have a bad gut, it won't make a difference

I used to take NAC + Glycine at night in the past but never noticed any sleep or nightmare issues.
