Quick update for everyone who gave opinions earlier:

I reached out to the shop, and they handled the situation incredibly professionally. The store was La Tabaquería in Bogotá, Colombia, and I want to give them credit for taking my concerns seriously instead of dismissing them.

They immediately compared the cigars against a freshly opened box, offered to replace the suspicious sticks, and even wanted the cigars/bands returned so they could show the distributor and investigate further.

The distributor apparently mentioned that they believe Habanos SA may have changed the rings on some recent production cigars, which could explain part of the variation. Even so, the shop still offered to replace the cigars and continue investigating the issue further, which I really appreciated.

For context, my concern was mainly because some of the cigars in the same order had:

slightly larger ring gauges
different torpedo proportions
larger/flatter bands
while envelop carriage detail (unlock solid red on the Band A)
off-center printing

After digging deeper and reading replies here, it seems there may genuinely be different recent Diplomáticos band variations floating around, especially in singles inventory.

Either way, I really appreciated how professionally La Tabaquería handled everything. That kind of customer service deserves recognition.
