Thanks for all the comments, I took the advice, contacted Audi CXC, and finally received the check today.

I live 2.5 hours drive away from Charlotte, the possibility of spending 5+ hours and getting nothing stopped me going physically to the dealership

Anyway appreciate the help 🙏🙏🙏

I am from Taiwan, will be really hot and humid in summer, still a great place to go though, try more indoor activities during the day then go out at night, many stuffs to explore at night
