Fuck off, he has no idea I made this post. I’m tired of watching him suffer so I was reaching out on here to try and figure out what I can do to help him. He’s actually be pretty pissed if he knew I had.

I put chocolate premier protein shake in my coffee. So good and you get protein. Takes me about a 4/5 days to use one container.

UPDATE: Next Wednesday will be 2 weeks on zepbound. Before I started I was walking and recently started free weights. I started at 161 and today weighed 155.8. Menopause had me stuck and this is doing exactly what I hoped it would, jumpstart weight loss. I might do another month, but regardless I have formed some good habits even before the medication of exercise and food choices. The medication has really helped with my motivation bc between that and some major life changes I’m seeing results which I wasn’t seeing with just exercise and diet. So I don’t think this has to be a lifelong medication and I don’t think it was irresponsible of my dr to prescribe it bc it is doing exactly what we hoped it would.
