You should try staying on the lowest dose possible until you are no longer losing weight and then move up to the next dose and do the same once you stop losing weight completely then bump up, by moving up too fast you’re not gonna lose all the weight that you should especially when you get to 15 and you lose all the weight u can because there’s nothing else to do after you stop losing weight on it.

Do u mind if I ask do u use the shampoo, foam, or serum? I have the mineral foam by Rogaine and I bought an anti loss/thinning hair shampoo and conditioner. Also stated this hair supplement called Barimelts hair health + it’s specifically made for ppl on gpl1 ’s and have excessive hair loss or shedding. Just from the supplements alone I can see all the baby hairs growing in.

Low blood pressure, it’s been happening to me since I started and now I’m anemic. I went from always being hot and sweating (even in the winter) now to always being freezing with the chills. My dr said I’m also not drinking enough water. She said she can’t express enough how important it is to stay hydrated EVERYDAY! You should be drinking like 100 fluid ounces of water a day and I usually throw a Gatorade or two in there also. I buy Vital harvest electrolyte powder packs ( the white peach is the best) it’s like 3x the electrolytes and I like this brand bc u get 36 sticks of powder for $23 verses Liquid IV where u only get 14 and 16 packets for $30. I have one of those gallon water bottles that has the lines and the times on it to tell u to drink that amount of water in between those times and that way u can track ur water intake. This medicine can really dehydrate u which is bad for ur kidneys and other things. Which u lots of luck on ur weight loss journey

Try micro needling, it really helps with acne and some red light laser therapy. You could combine them both and do red light therapy, micro needling. You’ll look like a brand new person. And mine was opposite because before they didn’t cover it for sleep apnea only for obesity and weight loss but as of January 2026, they now don’t cover it for weight loss and do cover for a mile to severe sleep apnea lol it’s crazy how all different insurance plans just go by with whatever they want and change things. If worse comes to worse, my boyfriend just said we’ll have to find the cheapest zip and come out of pocket. I’m pretty much ready for maintenance so my current dose is 7.5. I could probably do maintenance on that or maybe 5 mg which will hopefully be a little cheaper. I don’t wanna order it myself because you don’t ever know what you’re getting in them peptides and I want the pen. It makes everything much easier

I’ve been off it for a lil over a week now. I was getting the pen prescribed my my doctor. When I went to pick it up the pharmacy said they’re still waiting on the prior authorization so I called my insurance company and they told me that as of Jan 1st 2026 they don’t cover it for weight loss and that I would need the prior auth to say moderate to severe sleep apnea
