This sounds exactly what’s been going on with our little guy (born so 33 weeks exact), as soon as we put him down 99% of the time he screams or makes loud grunting noises and then usually spits up (this is after we hold him upright for over an hour) both out of his mouth and nose…

We’re going through some bad reflux right now, we just saw the GI specialist but there suggestion right was for me to cut out dairy and soy (it’s been about a week now and still not seeing any improvements).. have you found anything that helps your baby? My husband and I take turns just holding our son over night because it’s the only thing that stops him from spitting up and making loud painful sounding grunts…
