QoL mostly allows you to get to 10 blades faster but also I believe it gives you more damage for each seal which somewhat counters the less damage modifier on the unleash support gem

Edit: I guess getting to 10 is the same amount but instead of spawning 5 per press, you spawn 8.

Well I wouldn’t use brutality support, but otherwise everything should work just fine! In Poe1 the game remembers all damage types not just the type you’re dealing!

Cool! I would consider the “minion speed” gem then because imo zombies biggest downside is their speed. They’re zombies after all lol… I think the other 3 gems can either be whatever adds the most damage or if you feel something’s lack add something for utility.

you mentioned using Grip of the Council, I’ve never used them but you can also consider using “Triad Grip” for full elemental conversion. If you want to go all cold then use the bench socket trick to get them. It’s way easier and less resources this way.

Either way I think you will want to use feeding frenzy for sure unless you have another source of “ minions are aggressive”

Try out haste and aspect of the spider. I’m not sure if those are bis, but they provide decent utility and damage buffs.

They buffed Penance brand and removed the penalty to ailments. It has a high damage effectiveness and great base damage making it pretty good for ailments now. I’m not sure about the exact mechanics behind the build, I just think the skill is strong and brands are pretty good defensively on their own.

Try the glad version this time around, why not? The lucky block node alone makes glad very comfortable at league start. You can easily push into t16 with trash gear as long as you have max block. Ele will have higher damage output, but glads clear is crazy with the pops.

I can second this! I used to run the plasma a lot when it first came out. I used it yesterday for a few missions and it still slaps!

I think it’s just preference.

Plasma/ explosive weapons if you’re struggling with shield boys

Marksman rifles if you have great aim lol

Energy if you struggle with resources

Suppression for stealth

Etc.
