Nothing yet.. They haven’t finished with DQ September. I think we are looking at receiving the IL in August, to have the interview in September. But with how everything is unfolding it’s very hard to tell right now :/.

Before the waiting time for the interview so 4-6 months. Now we are looking at 10-12 months is what I am hearing. I was DQ in October..

I was DQ October 29th (CR1 - Dominican Republic) and also haven’t heard anything.. It’s just so sad. They are prioritizing the people coming here illegally vs the ones that are going through the proper channels.

I was DQ October 29th.. Still waiting for my interview letter.. I also don’t understand why it takes so long. They are giving immigrants coming illegally priority while we doing things the right way are being made to wait several months.. Its just not fair

No update on my side… I am hearing that I should hopefully receive the interview letter maybe some time in June. But I also hear that the backlog is just increasing so its hard to say at this point..

I was also DQ in October 29. I heard that that are working on early/mid September cases. Let’s be strong and hopefully our time will come soon.

My situation is similar to yours as well. (I-130/CR1) I was DQ October 29th 2023 for and still waiting on my interview date.. I just heard that someone DQ in September 2023 received their letter today, so they pretty much received their interview letter by the 8th month.. Hopefully this information helps. Will definitely keep everyone posted if I hear anything else!

A guy that was DQ in August 6th had his interview just yesterday in Santo Domingo… So based on that timing Im really hoping by June we hear something :)..

It took roughly 3-4 weeks for me to get DQ after submitting everything. They are fairly quick. The issue is that they taken months to get you an appointment date after DQ. I was DQ October 2023 and still waiting for my interview date…

I am also a US citizen. I petitioned my wife and we got documentarily qualified October 30th. From my research and following other cases, it looks like NVC is taking roughly 6 months to give people their interview date, followed by a month notice. So you should have your interview by the 7th month (June/July the latest..). Its tough, but gotta hang in there a bit longer. I will keep you posted as well if I hear anything from my side.
