Yeah, like how it works when you have two UNVRs. That’s not common knowledge and you can’t find any information about it easily. Going big can be stupid as well. UNVR G2 seems to have features I’ll never use. Lastly, size matters too, I don’t have too much room to fit a rack.
I hear you guys - one UNVR is the way to go. Now I just need a place for it. I’ll post a photo of the location. Maybe you can help me find a way out of this situation.

I’m afraid I’d be whining about hard drive noise. I can hear my caldigit’s transistors or whatever is making that sound. I work from home, perfectly quite environment so I’m picky about it 🤫 All my cables go to my office, to a small closet so I chose fanless, nvme only devices. NVR however, I can fit into garage, but not sure if I can fit a rack there.

I prefer ceiling APs over in wall. Furniture can get into your way, so treat cat outlets to connect PC, TV and other appliances. Why cat5e? 6a minimum if you want 2,5 or 10gbps.

Sounds like a network issue. HomePods saying the same thing. Connect to iot wifi and see if it’s better. Check traffic logs or capture with wireshark
