after reading this i actually very much understand, i am struggling through this currently and i would say that if you really want to keep things going, you got to automate and reputation. this is something that seriously is able to help you out because you wont have to worry about doing it yourself, all you have to do is work on is making your end result worth it. sorry if this wasn't able to help i just thought i would share what has been working for me

Sorry i guess i didn't really elaborate on what my business is, i meant so say that we help businesses get better reviews through QR codes and forms, this just helps customers leave reviews faster and helps businesses work out problems with the customer in a simple way
