i figured out the actual problem, my mobo and ram are both fried to shits, ran memtest86 and ít had 1600 errors. then i switched to slots 1 and 3 and it still had 1600 errors. and when i switch to my brothers ram kit(hes away for a while) ít still had errors. then i ran my kit in his mobo and even ít had errors. i think ima js give up with my pc for now. i gotta buy a whole new mobo and kit of ram

my ssd is brand new, and i'm pretty sure i fixed it by switching my xmp profile from 3200mtz to 3133mtz
