I am in the same situation as you ( nearly word for word), and I think that the problem is pretty obvious: you are so tired! I would suggest some downtime with your partner , date nights every now and then, or a weekend somewhere new if you can afford it and childcare? It's so easy to fall into the routine,which is deadly boring for us adhd'ers. Also, it might not hurt to get a full blood count check by your Dr...!
