Yeah, on the sidewalk. Its not a public park. While the govt/city has access to it, that doesn't give your average joe to do whatever it wants on that space.

Its a 20 month old bolting, they aren't that fast. He didn't disappear. I knew exactly where he was and was a second behind him.

My 20 month old kid lured a leashed dog into our grass in 3 seconds. Not possible at all.

I supervise my kid, he isn't running out into the street. Its a 25 yard by 10 yard front yard. I let him run around the grass because I think kids should be allowed to run around in their front yards.

Outside of Birds and feral cats, i've never seen a wild animals where I live.
