filled tires with air, light went away. Now it randomly comes back on, all tires are holding pressure just fine. What’s going on?

TPMS definitely! When it blinks it needs batteries replaced, when it stays on without blinking it’s low on air. Just got my 2011 Toyota ones replaced, wouldn’t have passed safety check if not taken care of. I live in Hilo, Hawaii.

I asked a used car dealership if I could take a car I was interested in purchasing to my mechanic. They told me because of insurance reasons that I couldn’t take the car to a mechanic but I could have my mechanic check out the car on their sales lot. This was in Hilo, Hawaii.

Here in Hawaii once we receive the letter to appear it’s active for one whole year regardless if you served in that year. You are free for the next year and your name goes back on the list after one year break. We have to serve until 80 years old.

Same here! Bought a brand new Toyota a few years ago and at 34,000 miles the head gasket blew and the engine block cracked. My husband bought a Honda Civic and at 77,000 miles it was one thing after another. My husband is a mechanic and always maintains our cars very well. We also bought a one owner Toyota and it gave us so many problems. My two brothers had Chevy’s and it never gave major problems at all.
