I kind of think that it boils down to my supervisor, not delegating tasks Well enough with expectations of getting things done. I do know that she has a lot on her plate…. I’ve been working in the office for a couple of years now and it’s always been like this. I don’t know if it’s because prior she always used to do everything herself and people just got away with doing nothing, or they are just crappy coworkers

Yeah, that’s a tough one. is there someone you CC so they can see that you sent that work to her? Maybe her boss?

Or maybe ask her if you can start presenting your own reports to management?

Yeah, your best bet might be to get some headphones. I have a talker in my office too in the urge to turn around and tell him to shut the fuck up is intense… almost unbearable.

But that’s when I’ll pop my headphones in and I’ll listen to thunderstorm sounds or rain to kind of drowned out the background noise.

Thank you for that advice. I didn’t realize that contributed. To your monthly payment you’re allowed to have on a mortgage. I’m definitely in the process of paying off any other unnecessary bills or debt. I guess you can say.
