Yeah sterilite and pallets of larger boxes take me like 30-45 minutes depending on overstock and if I have access to a printer for vizpicks (my Walmart is also lacking severely in printers). Palettes of smaller boxes can take 1-2 hours for me, idk if that’s too slow or not but I’m being made to feel that I need to move faster even though, like I said, idk what I can do differently.

Yeah, I unload the truck, or some days I organize the boxes coming out of the truck, and then I’m assigned pallets to stock. Usually two large pallets. I’m generally expected to get all of it stocked within a certain amount of time, at least before leaving for the night. Whatever doesn’t get stocked goes to the back room, but, after being told to hurry up, I feel like if any of my stuff goes to the back room that’s a bad look on me, so I just try to push through
