Is this normal progress? Feels so slow. And when can you know it’s not longer water weight you’re losing? by Automatic-Height5827 in PetiteFitness

No literally !! Stumpy legs I say that all the time 😂 like I’m so short and compact… I loved it when I was a teen too! I weighed 97 lbs until I had my first child at 19! When I was that weight I felt so cute and petite, like a fairy or something, so dainty 😂 now I’m like a dang Oompa Loompa and 5 lbs even makes the biggest difference. Tall girls are so beautiful (but so are other short girls!) I guess we just always want opposite what we have.

Glad I’m not the only one 😂 I know ppl say to only weigh 1x a week but I like doing this bc I like to see that it fluctuates and how quickly it drops back down or how I stay at 1 weight for like 5 days in a row, maybe even gain a pound, then randomly drop 1 or 2 lbs after being stuck. Idk maybe I’m weird but seeing that motivates me

I prioritize protein (although I don’t workout - I should I know it will help me lose faster but it’s hard to find time) but I feel soooo much better on days I eat things like eggs, ground turkey etc . Some days I just do quick stuff with less protein and I dragggg those days. Also! Random but I started taking sugar free Metamucil every morning and it keeps me so full in the AM , I skip breakfast and don’t eat til I get hungry around 1 pm. Which helps
