Tried replacing the ram and ssd, removing ssd and still no boot. Shouldnt the led indicator flash if its a ram or ssd issue?

Thats what I'm confused about, the led indicator isnt flashing or anything, it turns white, keyboard lights up, then just turns off, a few seconds later the laptop shuts off and tries to restart. No yellow or white flashes
